House Commerce will hold a work session on HB 255 next Tuesday, then the entire Committee will meet on October 17 to vote whether or not to recommend similar bills for the 2025 session.

In case you missed it, last week New Hampshire became the 43rd state to adopt the best interest of consumer enhancements in the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation.
